First Offense within five years: $300 - $1,000 in fines; 24 hours to 12 months in jail; 40 hour minimum of community service; one year license suspension.
Second Offense within five years: $600- $1,000 in fines; 90 days to 12 months in jail; 30 day minimum of community service; three year license suspension.
Third Offense within five years: $1,000 - $5,000 in fines; 120 days to 12 months in jail; 30 day minimum of community service; five year license suspension.
